White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies: A Winter Delight

– 1 cup softened butter – 3/4 cup sugar – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking soda – 1/4 tsp salt – 1 cup white chocolate chips – 1/2 cup fresh or freeze-dried raspberries

Ingredients

Mix The Base

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.

Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture.

Add The Stars

Gently mix in white chocolate chips and raspberries. Be careful not to crush the raspberries too much!

Bake

– Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). – Scoop dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. – Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
