Add oil to a heated pan and then add cumin and mustard seeds. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger, then add pureed tomatoes and spices. Mix in diced pumpkin.
Heat oil, then add cumin seeds, onion, garlic, and ginger. Add chopped pumpkin and spices, followed by vegetable broth or water and then blend it until smooth.
Boil grated pumpkin. In a bowl, whisk yogurt and add the cooked pumpkin, cumin seeds, green chili, and salt. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves and black salt.
In a pan, heat ghee and fry cashews, almonds, and raisins. Add grated pumpkin and some milk. Stir in sugar and cardamom powder.
Combine pumpkin puree with flour, sugar, spices, and other bread ingredients. Bake until golden brown. Enjoy as a delicious snack or breakfast treat.
