Shipped To Counting Centres

After polls close, EVMs are shipped to counting centres under close security. Applicants and their representatives are permitted to follow the transport vehicles. 

Stored In Security

EVMs are stored in secure strong rooms inside the Counting Centre premises, within the sight of competitors, their representatives, and Election Commission Observers.

Sealed In Strong Rooms

Candidates and their representatives are permitted to keep a nonstop watch on the fixed solid rooms until counting starts. 

Added Security By Candidates

Solid rooms are fixed with locks, and up-and-comers/their representatives can affix their seals for added security. 

Opening Room In The Candidates' Presence

On the day of counting, the strong rooms are opened within the sight of competitors, their representatives, and Election Commission Observers.

Return To Strong Rooms

After counting, EVMs are gotten back to strong rooms and sealed once more.
