Whole wheat flour, ghee, jaggery, mixed nuts, sesame seeds, cardamom, and sunflower seeds.
Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour, and roast on low heat until it turns golden and aromatic.
Add grated jaggery, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, and poppy seeds. Stir well until jaggery melts.
Add mixed nuts and sesame seeds. Continue stirring to combine everything into a smooth dough.
Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, shape it into small, round pinnis.
Let the pinnis cool completely. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature.
