you'll need – 1 cup browned butter, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp chai spice blend, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, Caramel for drizzling.
Brown the butter until it’s golden and nutty. Let it cool slightly before mixing.
Mix browned butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until creamy. Add the flour and chai spices to form a soft dough.
Scoop the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Once baked, drizzle warm caramel over the cookies for that extra sweetness.
