Cooked white beans, leeks, fresh sage, garlic, olive oil, and breadcrumbs.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté leeks until soft and slightly golden. Add garlic and sage, and cook for another minute.
Mash the cooked white beans in a large bowl, leaving some chunks for texture.
Add the sautéed leeks, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to the mashed beans. Mix well until combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties using your hands.
In the same pan, cook the patties until golden brown and crispy on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
Serve your sagey leek and white bean patties with a fresh salad or on a bun. Enjoy your healthy, delicious meal.
