2 medium-sized beetroots, 1 cup boiled potatoes, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 small onion, 1-2 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, Salt to taste.
Combine grated beetroots, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, garam masala, and salt; mix well.
Add breadcrumbs to the mixture and shape it into small, round patties (tikkis).
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Shallow fry the tikkis for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Drain excess oil on a paper towel, serve hot with chutney or yogurt, and enjoy the crunchy beetroot tikkis!
