Vegan paneer, Potatoes, Onions, finely chopped, Spices (coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric), Samosa wrappers, Oil for frying.
Saute onions with spices and add mashed potatoes and crumbled vegan paneer. Cook for 5 minutes.
Let the filling cool to room temperature.
Cut samosa wrappers into halves and form cones.
Stuff the cones with the filling and seal the edges with water.
Deep fry the samosas until golden and crispy. Serve with chutney. Enjoy your crispy Vegan Paneer Samosa.
