Sunny Priyan
4 potatoes, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, Salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 green bell pepper, 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
Boil the potato wedges in salted water for 4-5 minutes, then drain and dry them.
Toss potatoes in cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, and chilli powder. Deep-fry until crispy and golden.
Saute ginger-garlic paste in oil, then add honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and ketchup. Stir and cook for a minute.
Toss the crispy potatoes in the sauce. Add sliced bell pepper and cook briefly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot. Enjoy your crispy, sweet, and spicy honey chilli potatoes!
