Cauliflower, butter, flour, milk, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
Start by boiling the cauliflower in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, melt butter, stir in the flour, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking to create a smooth sauce.
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish, pour over the cheese sauce, and top with extra cheese for a golden finish.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
