Jowar, oil, mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric, onion, mixed veggies, salt, water, coriander.
Start by roasting the Jowar flour in ghee for 5-7 minutes. The aroma will fill your kitchen.
In a separate pan, heat ghee/oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped veggies.
Add the roasted Jowar flour to the veggies, pour in water, and simmer until cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with a squeeze of lime for extra zest.
