Red Chilies, Bell Pepper, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger, Water.
Slice the red chilies (seeds optional for less heat) and the red bell pepper.
In a saucepan, combine the chilies, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, sugar, vinegar, and water.
Blend the cooked mixture until smooth. Return it to the pan and let it simmer until it thickens.
Pour the thickened jam into sterilized jars while still hot. Seal and store once cooled.
Spread it on toast, pair it with cheese, or add a spoonful to your favorite dishes.
