A tasty, aromatic curry to spice up your meal.
2 cups carrots, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 2-3 green chilies, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp each mustard, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, salt, coriander, 2 tbsp oil.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add tomatoes, green chilies, and sauté until soft.
Add turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala and Mix well, then add chopped carrots.
A perfect addition to any South Indian meal and Enjoy.
