Heat oil, add cumin, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
Toss in chopped potatoes and drumsticks.
Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
Add chopped tomatoes, and cook until soft.
Pour water, cover, and simmer until veggies are tender.
Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti!
