1 sheet pastry, 6 eggs,yougurt, 1/2 cup grated cheese, milk, 1/2 cup cream, salt & pepper, fresh herbs .
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and line a pie dish.
Fry the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pie is golden and set.
Slice and serve the delicious egg and bacon pie.
