4-5 medium potatoes, 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, salt & pepper.
Thinly slice potatoes to 1/8-inch thick rounds. Set aside.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and Stir in flour, then slowly add cream, whisking until smooth.
Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil, bake for 20 more minutes until golden brown.
Your creamy, cheesy scalloped potatoes are ready to enjoy.
