What you’ll need – Maggie noodles (2 packs), Mixed vegetables, Sliced mushrooms, Garlic and ginger paste, Soy sauce and chili flakes, Vegetable stock or water, Fresh herbs for garnish.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pot. Sauté garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
Add the mixed vegetables and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in vegetable stock or water. Bring it to a boil.
Add Maggie noodles and seasoning. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Your Maggie Hot Pot is ready to serve and enjoy.
