Thick bread, eggs, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar.
In a bowl, beat eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Spread peanut butter generously on one side of each slice of bread.
Dip both peanut butter-covered slices into the egg mixture, coating them evenly.
Heat a pan with a little butter and cook the bread slices until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Drizzle with maple syrup, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
