To make this 4 bread slices, 1 cup milk, ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp ghee, ¼ cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds), 1 tsp cardamom powder.
Start by toasting 4 slices of bread until golden. Cut them into small pieces.
In a pan, heat 1 cup milk, ½ cup sugar, and 1 tsp cardamom powder. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the toasted bread pieces to the milk mixture. Let it cook until the bread absorbs the milk.
Now, add 2 tbsp ghee and ¼ cup chopped nuts. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
