2 ripe mashed bananas, 1/2 cup soaked rice, 2 cups full-fat milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron (optional), chopped nuts for garnish.
Rinse and soak the rice for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat a pan and add 2 cups of full-fat milk. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add the soaked rice to the milk and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the mashed bananas and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes
