Keep your legs closed and stand up straight. Now raise your arms overhead and slowly bend forward from the pelvis. Try to touch the ground with your fingers and let your head hang freely. Hold the bent position for one minute, then slowly return to the starting position.

Kneel down and keep your knees apart and palms on the ground in front of you and lean forward. Keep your eyes open. Now stick out your tongue and take a deep breath to make "aaah" sound or growl. Keep your abs, chest, and back active. Relax.

Sit in a comfortable padmasana with your spine straight and your eyes closed. Inhale and exhale deeply through both nostrils. Let the air you breathe touch your throat. Inhale again and now close the right nostril with the thumb of the right hand and exhale through the left nostril.
Ujjayi Pranayama

Keep both nostrils closed (with your ring finger and thumb). Open your left nostril and exhale slowly through the left side. Pause briefly at the bottom. Repeat 5-10 cycles.

Sit on the floor and keep your legs stretched out in front of you. Now bend both your legs to the left and twist to the right. Keep your left hand under your right knee and your right hand on the ground for support. Hold this position for a minute and then return to the starting position.
