Sunny Priyan
1 cup fresh green peas, 200g sliced mushrooms, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, add spices like cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt & oil.
Heat oil, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until golden.
Saute tomatoes, onions and ginger-garlic paste until soft. Blend into a smooth paste.
Toss in sliced mushrooms and peas. Mix well with the masala.
Adjust the gravy consistency with water. Cover and cook on low heat for 10–12 mins.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with chapati or rice.
