1 cup rice flour, 1 cup milk, 1 cup jaggery, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp cardamom, cashews & raisins.
Start by preparing the dough. Mix 1 cup of rice flour with a pinch of salt and warm water.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Drop the flattened dough pieces into the water and cook until they float.
In a pan, melt jaggery with water. Once melted, add cardamom powder and simmer until it thickens slightly.
Add the cooked dumplings to the jaggery syrup and let them soak in the sweet liquid for 5-10 minutes.
