1 cup semolina, 1/2 cup urad dal flour, 1-2 green chilies, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cumin, oil, salt.
Mix semolina, urad dal flour, cumin seeds, chopped chilies, ginger, and salt in a large bowl.
Drain all the water from urad dal and add in a grinder or a high speed blender.
lace the rolled roti on the pan and cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar for the ultimate Andhra meal experience.
