2 cups rice flour, 1 cup grated coconut, 1/2 cup jaggery (grated), 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, Water for dough
Mix rice flour, salt, and hot water to form a soft dough.
Mix grated coconut, jaggery, and cardamom powder in a pan, cook until combined, and let cool.
Roll small portions of dough into discs, fill with the coconut mixture, and seal like dumplings.
Arrange the pittha in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes until firm and cooked.
Drizzle steamed pittha with ghee spiced with cardamom or cloves and serve warm for extra richness.
