1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup dark rum, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp melted butter.
Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
Add the dark rum, honey, and melted butter. Stir until fully combined into a sticky dough.
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls using your hands. Roll the balls in powdered sugar or cocoa powder to coat them.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving. Enjoy your sweet, boozy treats!
