1 cup milk powder, 1/2 cup condensed milk, 1/4 cup sugar (optional), 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup chocolate (chopped or chocolate chips), 2 tbsp ghee, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until it melts completely.
Add milk, condensed milk, and sugar to the pan. Stir continuously on low heat for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Gradually add milk powder to the mixture while stirring. Keep cooking until it thickens into a dough-like consistency.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray, flatten it, and let it cool for 30 minutes. Slice into pieces and enjoy your chocolate barfi.
