You'll need– 4 ripe peaches (peeled and chopped), 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp chili flakes, Pinch of salt.
Peel and chop the peaches into small pieces. Fresh and ripe peaches work best for maximum flavor
Combine peaches, sugar, vinegar, and spices in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until thickened.
Stir occasionally and cook for 20-25 minutes. The chutney should be thick and jam-like..
Let the chutney cool and transfer it to a sterilized jar. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Serve your peach chutney with cheese, roasted meats, or even as a spread on sandwiches.
