Traditional South Indian Rava Kesari In Just 20 Minutes

Take semolina,sugar, ghee, cardamom powder,Cashews,raisins, milk,Kesar or saffron strands.

Heat 2 table spoons of ghee in a pan and then add handful of cashews in it.

Next pour 1 cup rava in the pan and coat it in the ghee.

Take a large pot then add milk  and boil it. Add the milk to the rava mixture.

Continue to cook until the water is completely absorbed.

Add sugar and cardamom powder to the mixture.

In the next step add the kesar with 3 tbsp ghee.

Garnish it with some nuts and enjoy!
