Zainab Khanam
– 1 cup rice flour – 3/4 cup water – A pinch of salt
In a pot, bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt for flavor.
Lower the flame and gradually add the rice flour. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Once the mixture cools slightly, knead it into a smooth, soft dough. Add a little water if needed.
Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each into a flat, round shape using a rolling pin or your palms.
Heat a tawa and cook the bhakri on medium flame. Flip and press gently with a cloth for even cooking.
Serve hot rice bhakri with chutney, curry, or your favorite side dish. Enjoy its simple, rustic taste!
