Take 4 tbsp coconut oil,1 cup chopped onions,15-20 curry leaves,3-4 green chilies ,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp coriander powder,½ teaspoon turmeric powder,2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powde,1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 chopped tomatoes, 500gms chicken and salt to taste.
Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

In the next step add coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and black pepper powder in the same pan.
Now add tomatoes, chicken and salt and let it cook for about 10-15 mins.
Reduce the heat to low and cook until the chicken is tender.
Pour the tempering chicken into a bowl, mix well and enjoy!
