Ingredients

– 1 cup desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup condensed milk – 1 tbsp lemon zest – 2 tbsp lemon juice – 1/4 tsp cardamom powder – Extra coconut for rolling

Toast The Coconut

Lightly toast the desiccated coconut in a pan for a few minutes until fragrant.

Mix Condensed Milk And Lemon

Combine the condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cardamom powder in a bowl.

Add Coconut And Mix

Gradually add the toasted coconut into the lemon mixture and stir until everything is well combined.

Shape Into Laddoos

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddoos using your palms.

Roll In Coconut And Serve
