Take ½ tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp yoghurt, 800g chicken, 3 tbsp oil, 2 green chillies, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 100ml coconut milk, a pinch red chilli flakes or chopped fresh coriander, to garnish and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Firstly, put the turmeric, yoghurt and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the chicken pieces and leave to marinate.
In the next step, Add the garlic and ginger paste along with onions and chillies and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add in tomatoes and coconut milk in the same pan and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes. make you thirsty later.
Add in all the spices along with the chicken and cook it for about 15-20 minutes until everything is well cooked.
Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with some rice!
