Take 200g dark chocolate, 200g butter,100ml water,125g plain flour, 25g cocoa powder,200g sugar,3 eggs and 75ml creme fraiche.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and grease the cake tin.
Melt the chocolate, butter and water together in a saucepan.
Mix in the flours and cocoa powder into a bowl and add caster sugar in it.
Beat the eggs and creme fraiche, chocolate together and fold in the flour mixture until smooth.
In the next step bake the cake for 15-20 minutes.
Once the cake is baked spread the chocolate icing over it.
Transfer the cake to a serving plate, pour hot chocolate on it and enjoy with some icecream!
