All-purpose flour, warm milk, warm heavy cream, sugar, egg, yeast, salt, softened butter.
Mix your yeast in lukewarm milk and set it aside for 5 to 10 minutes to bloom.
Add flour, egg, salt, and heavy cream. Mix, then add butter and knead into a soft dough.

Divide dough into 4–5 parts. Roll out, cut vertical slits on one end, and roll like a blanket.

Bake for 25–30 mins until golden brown. Brush with melted butter for shine.
