This Valentine’s Celebrate Sweet Moments With Velvet Vanilla Pudding

2 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Ingredients

Take a saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and unsalted butter until combined.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Pour in the milk while whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

Add Milk

Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stir for 1-2 minutes until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

Cook The Pudding

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract until the butter is melted and the pudding is smooth.

Add Butter & Vanilla

Transfer the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled and enjoy!
