Ingredients

Besan (Gram Flour), Ghee, Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Chopped Nuts (optional). Get these few ingredients ready, and you're good to go!

Roast The Besan

Heat ghee in a pan and add besan. Roast on a low flame until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Add Sugar & Cardamom

Once roasted, remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly. Mix in powdered sugar and cardamom for that extra festive flavor.
