To make this 4 cups fresh green beans, 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 ½ cups crispy fried onions, salt & pepper to taste.
Blanch your fresh green beans in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth and season with salt & pepper.
Sprinkle crispy fried onions over the top of your casserole. These give it the perfect crunch.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
