– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened) – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1/4 cup brown sugar – 1 egg yolk – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – Nutella (chilled, for stuffing)
Spoon small dollops of Nutella onto a baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
Mix butter, sugars, egg yolk, and vanilla until creamy. Add dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Take a spoonful of dough, flatten it, place a frozen Nutella dollop in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
Place the cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool slightly, then enjoy the Nutella-filled goodness!
