– Dosa batter – Grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar) – Butter or ghee – Chopped vegetables (optional: onions, capsicum, tomatoes) – Chutney or sambhar for serving
– Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil. – Ensure the pan is evenly hot before pouring the batter.
1. Pour a ladleful of batter from the edges toward the center. 2. Drizzle a little oil around the dosa. 3. Cook on medium flame until the edges lift, then flip and cook briefly.
Once the dosa starts cooking, sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese over it.
For added flavor and crunch, sprinkle chopped vegetables over the cheese.
When the cheese melts and the dosa turns golden brown, fold it in half and serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
