Mix whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water to make a soft, smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Combine boiled potatoes, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, and a pinch of garam masala.
Roll out small portions of dough into thick discs.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each disc and seal it into a ball or pouch.
Steam the filled dough balls for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Serve hot, drizzling ghee over the Siddu for a delicious, authentic taste.
