Spinach, lasagna noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion, and tomato sauce.
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil, then add the spinach until wilted. Drain excess moisture and set aside.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add some salt, pepper, and a pinch of Italian herbs for extra flavor.
Start with tomato sauce, then layer noodles, spinach, and cheese. Repeat and finish with a cheese layer.
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes to get that golden-brown top.
