Thakkali Dosa: A Tangy Twist For Your Diwali Spread!

- Dosa batter - Tomatoes - Onion - Green chilies - Garlic cloves - Curry leaves - Turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt - Oil or ghee

Ingredients

Blend tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and curry leaves into a smooth paste.

In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Add the tomato paste and cook until thick and aromatic.
