500g minced meat, 1 onion, 2 chilies, 1-inch ginger, 4 garlic, 1 tsp cumin, garam masala, red chili, salt, coriander, 1 egg (optional), 2 tbsp besan.
Mix minced meat, onions, chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into small, round meatballs, and set them aside. Add besan and egg to help bind the mixture if needed.
Heat oil in a pan and carefully fry the meatballs until they turn golden brown on all sides.
In the same pan, sauté onions, ginger, garlic, and chilies. Add tomatoes, turmeric, and garam masala to make the gravy.
Your mouth-watering Qimah Vundalu is ready. Serve it with hot rice or roti for the perfect meal.
