Blend red lentils and oats into a fine powder.
Combine the flour with protein powder, baking powder, salt, and milk.
Whisk until smooth and let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan, oil it, and pour in a spoonful of batter, spreading it into a circle.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side for 2 minutes until done.
Serve warm with honey and fresh fruits.
