Tasty Potato Podimas In 20 Minutes: Easy And Flavorful

Ingredients

You need a potato, coriander leaves, mustard seeds, oil, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, some spices and hing.

Boil

Boil or steam 2 large potatoes in a pressure cooker, adding water as needed.

Mash

Peel and mash the potatoes. 

Make Potato Podimas

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seed, green chilies, ginger and curry leaves. Fry for 8 to 9 seconds on a low heat

Add Potatoes

Next, add the mashed potatoes, salt. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

Serve

Serve Potato Podimas hot or warm with chapati and rice.
