Take half Kgs of Kingfish add 1 table spoon lemon juice, 2 table spoons of roasted coconut along with 2 table spoons of golden brown fried onions.
14 dry red chillies, 3 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger and cinnamon, 3 sambar onions , vinegar and salt.
Soak all of these ingredients overnight in vinegar and then grind them the next day and make a puree.
Marinate the fish with lemon and salt and leave it for atleast 30 mins.
Spread the grinded masala puree on the fish evenly.
Wrap it up in banana leaves and cook it for about 20 mins on low flame and serve it hot.
