Chicken, yogurt, onions, tomatoes, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, ghee, coriander.
Mix yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, red chili powder and leave it for 30 minutes.
In a pan add ghee, onions and fry until they turn golden brown. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the masala.
In a gravy add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and red chili powder. Cook for few minutes and then add chicken pieces.
Cook until the chicken turn white from outside. Add water in gravy and add garam masala and chopped green chilies cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with roti or naan.
