Coat chicken with cornstarch and set aside.
Cook chicken in oil for 2-3 minutes until done, then drain.
In the same pan, saute cashews, garlic, and chillies in butter until golden.
Add onions, capsicum, salt, and saute until golden.
Stir in spice powders, then toss in the chicken and splash of water.
Add lemon juice and coriander, toss well, and serve.
