2 cups mixed vegetables, 1 large onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 2 tbsp butter, 4-6 pav, salt to taste.

Boil the mixed vegetables until they're tender. Mash them slightly.

Heat butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until they're translucent. Add cumin seeds, ginger paste, and pav bhaji masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes

Add the mashed vegetables to the pan and stir well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Toast the pav (bread) until it's crispy.

Assemble the pav bhaji by spooning the vegetable mixture onto the toasted pav

Pav Bhaji is ready, enjoy it with a brush of butter on bun's top and garnish the bhaji with chopped onions and butter.
